Organization

The PROTA Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees. Its members are representatives of the PROTA partners. The Board of Trustees (BOT) meets annually.
The Executive Board (Chairman, Vice-Chairman and a member of the BOT) meets half a year before each BOT meeting.
